Hi i am a little scared after today as for a while now i have suffered from palpatations which are now starting to ache in the center of my chest when this happens. When im exercising it turns into a dull ache that i can feel between my shoulder blades and usually have to stop. Today whilst at work i was only making a bed but my heart felt like it was going to pop out my chest with pain in the central chest area radiating into my back i went very hot and sweaty and was told by a member of staff to sit down as i had gone very pale. Could this be down to my heart or could it be something like indegestion or something ?
