My husband chews a can a day of chewing tobacco and has for 30 plus years . Recently he has been experiencing heart palpitations. He was checked out a few years ago but they said it was nothing. He has taken on a new position in his job as a District Mgr. I was thinking it is anxiety related. I did get him an appointment with his doctor.
All this is because of excessive tobacco chewing.The blood vessels of the heart have narrowed down. and can be a single to multi artery block.he needs angiogram asap.
