I have a bad headache since this morning but now is nausea and hard breathing

headache is a symptoms leading to to many problems.
It is a general symptom which need explorations to exlude deseases.
First of all you need to take contact with a neurologist because neurological exam orientate to the cause, maybe a CT scan will help.
Bloid tests are needed to exlude viral or bacterial infections.
