Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. For frequent migraine if you were my patient I will definitely suggest you to take prophylaxis to get some free intervals. I suggest you to take headset tablet for acute attacks and you can take topiramate 25mg as prophylaxis after consulting your treating doctor as it is a prescription drug. Thank you.
