Headache, Fever, Pain In The Jaw. Am I Getting Migraine?

Greetings doctor, I ve been having 1 sided headache for the past 3 days. It started with high fever (39 celcius which resolved with paracetamol ). Currently the pain radiates to the same side jaw and front of the ear. It is always present and relieved temporarily with paracetamol. Besides that, i ve no visual disturbances, photophobia , vomiting, irritability or neurological symptoms. Could this be the onset of migraine . I would like to know your view on this doctor. Thank you.
