hi

thanks for your query

i can feel your concerns

you have not mentioned your gender?

have you symptoms like joint pains ,rash, pigmentation or any kidney problem?

are you suffering from any autoimmune disorder?

since you are hypersensitive to sun so try to avoid direct exposure to sun

use some cap and white cloth on head if you have to go out

use sunblock

always have a bottle of cold water and ORS with you

put water on head immediately if you feel headache and other symptoms of heat exhaustion

I advise you to have a proper clinical examination and investigations

wishing you a good health

regards
