Headache Above Eyebrows And Forehead. Taken Paracetamol And Brufen, No Relief. Medicine?

Age 33, Healthy, Male. I am having headache just above the eyebrows and forehead . It continues to aggravate if I focus on Laptop screen or tv. I have taken paracetamol and brufen tablets to reduce the effect of pain but the pain is still there. It has never happened with me before. I want you to help me out with this problem

It seems from the history that you are having headache above eyebrows and forehead and it is not responding to paracetamol and brufen and it is increasing on continues use of laptop and associated with difficulty to focus.
Hence this looks like associated with eye problem like refractive error. These symptoms can be asthenopic symptoms associated with refractive error.
Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination to look for refractive error and treatment accordingly.
