Head Injury, Back Injury, Blackout, Bleeding Behind Head. Treatment For Concussion?

I fell backwards and hit my head in a plank position, my whole back (torso) and back part of my head hit the ground simultaneously. i am 5 8 and were standing up at the moment. I had a blackout and didnt realize i was bleeding up until the moment i got up... What should i do? Like, in how long will a consussion take effect?

NO NEED TO WORRY IT IS MINOR CONCUSSION IT WILL GO ON ITS OWN . IF HEADACHE VOMITINS OR SEIZURES OCCUR THEN U MAY REQUIRE CT HEAD. FOR BLEEDING KINDLY TELL SOMEONE TO LOOK CAREFULLY IF THERE IS A CUT IT MAY REQUIRE STICHES
