Having Tension, Stress, Weakness, Gastritis, Vomitting After Childbirth. Remedy For Recovery?

i have second c section ..during pregnanacy i have tesnion and i have gastric and vomiting frequently...my baby is ok ....but i am very much week now and i have less quantity of milk to feed...how can i recover the weekness as i have now bony face rather than filled face..and it looks i am very much ill... i have test my susur and all almost test ... ecg ...and colestrol level ...evvery thing is ok ...but only tension stress and physical weakness i have.....how can i recover the weakness

since you have done all the basic preliminary tests to rule out major pathological condtions , three things that come to mind are:

1.. improve and dorrect your diet under the guidence of a dietician
2.. some amount of exercise and meditation to improve your lifestyle
3.. anxiolytics as a group of medications that you could be offered under the supervision of a doctor
