Having Symptoms Of Panic Attack, Swollen Lips. Suspect Heart Problem. Reason For Panic Attack?

my mother have symptoms of panic attack and the same time swallen lips. After a few minutes she gets back to normal and the lips also. For many years she thinks that she has a heart problem. Her doctor also think the same and for many year he investigating her problem thinking always that something is going wrong with her heart but he never found something. A few months ago I noticed the swallen lips when she has these fellings and I start searching. CAN swallen lips be a sympton of panic attacks? What examinations we can do to verify that the problems she has are due to panic attacks and not to some heart disorder?

Due to many circumstances there develops phobia in the mind of person that he or she have this problem , particularly in females.
Swollen lips are due to mild irritation & tension.
Only two tests are required at present , in my opinion.
Get blood for C B C , Serum creatine.
Least chance of swelling over lips may be due to allergy , which is very common.
Please also mention the familial history as this is very important in your mother case.
