Having Noticed Stomach Cramps & Orange Discharge After Unprotected Sex

Hi, I had sex a couple days ago and the very next day I had this orangey red discharge. I've had sex before and I have never had this. I am getting very small cramping also. I shouldn't be on my period for another 2 weeks. What do you think is the cause is?

According to your description the possibilities are:
-Because of the friction on vaginal mucosa during intercourse spotting can be seen sometimes, when that is mixed with vaginal discharge that can present as orange red discharge. Cramps can be seen in case of any local injury or infection.
- Local causes like cervical erosion, polyps can also present with this type of discharge.
- During ovulation because of the drop in the reproductive hormone levels spotting can be seen and that can also present like this orange red discharge.

If the discharge subsides soon, no need to worry and no need of treatment. If it recurs in the future better to consult your gynecologist once and get examined. By clinical examination the exact cause of the problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly.
