Having Noticed Stomach Cramps & Blood In Stool

Hi, I have extreme cramps in my stomach, and had a runny tummy all night, when I woke up this morning I had blood in my stool, what could be the cause of that? I drank Panadol for the pain last night and only noticed the blood this morning, I also have hot flushes and sweating. Should I go see a doctor?

Thanks for contacting healthcare magic.

You have problem of abdominal cramps and blood in stool that may be because of intestinal infection.
Diverticulitis may ruled out.

Intestinal polyp may cause blood in stool. Hemorroid or anal fissure may cause blood in stool.
Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Abdominal ultra sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.

I hope my guidance is helpful to you..
Take care.
Thank you.
