Having Inch Wide Painful Lesions Giving Out Hard White, Bulbous Material. What Is It And How Can It Be Treated?

I have inch wide,. lesions,. emitting hard, 1/4 inch long "carrots" of hard white, bulbous material. about 20 holes,. in each lesion.. affected. I have 10 such lesions,.. remove scab,. some "carrots,. will pull out with it... others heal over,. painful lump.. I have to cut skin, with sharp tweezers to remove tiny plugs,. too.. sound like a ?????? YYYY@YYYY

Hi,

You are having corns.

They are benign hard conical growth, cotaining keratin material.

It is painful when there is pressure.

Keratolytic agent like salicylic acid may improve the lesions.

Surgical excision can be done.

Avoidance of pressure is neccessary.
