Having Eye Floaters. Curable? Any Surgery Or Treatment?

My wife is suffering from eye floaters . Is the eye floaters curable. We consulted two doctors(eye specialist). At present they are less bothersome. but what if they bother after some time. Thanks for query.
Eye floaters are due to more liquification of vitreous fluid in eyes.
This might be due to high myopia or due to age.
This can not be cured completely and one has to adjust the situation.
