Having Bloating Type Of Face And Want To Reduce It. Can Protein Supplements Be Taken?

Hi, i am 22 yrs old and i m having a bloating type of face and at anycost i want to reduce it and i want to ask u that what will happen to my face fat if i will take protein supplements as right now i m taking exercise along with chewing gum every day for abt 3 hrs nd now im going to take whey protein supplements to build my muscles well and to have lean muscular body so would like to know tht as i m doing facial exercises daily such as chewing gum and a few more the supplements which i will now take does they make my face muscles nd thereafter does it make my face more bloating or it will reduce my face fat bcoz i m doing facail exercises daily

Hi, as you describe it appears to be the kidney problem, may be obstructive, or infective. I advise you to consult a nephrologist for diagnosis and treatment. you may need to have MRI, blood urea, creatinene for confirmation.
