Last month i eat smileys wirh that i have loose motions i take medicine then it become right but some days there comes yellowish white greesy discharge with stool i took medicine then it became all right now after one month i have too much gas feeling uncomfortable i take gutrex d and zinetac tablet now again yellowish white greesy discharge comes with stool what is it please tell me i am in tension

It seems that you are having gastro-intestinal tract infection, either bacterial or amoebic.
Go for one course of Ofloxacilin and tinidazole combination tablet for 5 days.
Take light diet like curd, rice, buttermilk.
Avoid junk food.
