General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Though pancreas is normal in size in CT scan, there can be possible malfunctioning of pancreas secretions at microcellular level.

An ERCP is strongly recommended for further workup and management.

Till that time period, pancreatic enzyme preparations with pancreatic lipases and prokinetics will help greatly to combat the condition.

Smoking and alcohol should have strongly refrained if using.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
