Have Welt Like Red Rashes All Over Body. Could It Be Chicken Pox?

My daughter has a welt like red rash that started on her inner thighs last night and smaller red ones on her upper arms. She now has a bunch of red flat bumps on lower legs and stomach/ back. Nothing o. Her face. The welt like rash o. Her thighs are larger almost forming one on both legs. No fever and is normal. Said they itch a little but nothing major. Could this be chicken pox or something more serious?

Hi
Thank you for your query.
It would be helpful to know the age of your daughter. The description appears more to be an allergic rash or urticaria. If she has taken any drug recently for any illness it makes more sense.
Take her to a dermatologist for confirming the diagnosis.
Wish you good luck.
