Have Two Small Contusions Inside The Mouth

I have two small contusions inside of my mouth from a fall months ago. The contusions are on the left of the inside of mouth close to my cheek. I feel like I may have scarring in my mouth and my face has two small bumps that look a little discontorted.

Hi. The contusions you got months ago might not have healed for the teeth rubbing not allowing them to heal. Discolored Bumps on the face can be hematomas not resolved.
