Have swollen and inflamed toes. Had psoriasis, heavy drinker. Possible cause and its cure?

I have swollen and inflamed toes. i have had psoriasis for several years and I drink some alcohol 4-5 days a week. i don t feel like I overdo my alcohol consumption, but I m starting to wonder if i m a good judge of that. Looking at symptoms, two possibilities come to mind that might be causing this inflammation: psoriatic arthritis or liver cirrhosis . What do you think is more likely, and what should I do about this?
