Have Swelling, Pain And Bruising In The Knee After A Fall
In the hallway today, I fell and hit my knee on the ground. After about 1 second my knee started pounding with Pain. Then later today after the football game I was cheering at, my knee was swollen. My knee does not look Bruised. I can still walk on it but it hurts when I do.

It could be due to contusion or sprain. As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
You can apply ice packs for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
