Have Stomach Cramps, Pain And Dizziness. Have Epilepsy. Remedy?

Hi, my sister keeps needed to toilet for a poo and she keeps feeling though she is going to be sick and she is getting bad stomach cramps and pains and she keeps going dizzy... Is there any you can pick up from that, that could be wrong with her?? And can I just add she has only been like that since her was in a small space and she I also epileptic!

Such symptoms can be caused by several issues including food poisoning (bacterial or viral infection of the gastrointestinal tract), anxiety attack, inflammatory bowels disease, partial bowels obstruction. If dizziness is also without abdominal pain, heart issues, blood pressure drop should be also considered.

I suggest your sister to visit a doctor. She should have some basic tests at the beginning like abdominal ultrasound, blood work, urine analysis, abdominal X-ray, stool tests, heart ECG.
