Have Soreness And Burning Sensation In The Vagina. Had Rough Sex Earlier. Can The Rough And Multiple Times Sex Be The Cause?

I slept with a new partner on Friday, it was a rough time with 3 seperate times in one night.. i am still sore, it especially hurts when I pee, burning because of what I'm seeing are some open sores. They are not puss like, or blisters.. but look like less abrasive canker sores.. if that makes any sense. Could the rough and multiple times we did it cause these canker sores? Kinda worried.

After a rough sex, you are feeling burning during micturition, some open sores are seen.
You have seen the changes immediately so they could be due to abrasion only. if at all some disease is awaited , will come after few days of latent period.
But at present you should have treatment for cure of the abrasions to prevent secondary infection.
I advise you to consult a gynicologist for diagnosis and treatment.
