Have Slight Fever. Frequently Urinating And Burning On Urination Vaginal Discharge And Lesion On The Labia

I am a 22 year old female with slight fever (38.5c) frequent urination, burning on urination, vaginal discharge and a small lesion on the labia, Urinanalysis revealed a pH of 8.2 some white cells and a few red blood cells. There was protein in the urine and a smear of the vaginal secretion showed a number of gram-negative cocci

Welcome to HCM.
You are having urinary tract infection and also gram negative infection in the vagina.
Take proper local care to prevent spreading of infection.
Wash that area with anti septic liquid.
Intravenous injection of ceftriaxone/salbectum is advisable to subside the infection.
Take nsaid to subside the fever.
Vaginal tablet will be helpful.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
Consult your gynecologist for proper medical management.
