Have Shoulder Pain And Lump On Chest Plate. Had Injured Shoulder. Treatment?

small soft lump on chest plate thank you something went wrong with lap top so here i go again I fell at work about a year ago injured my shoulder back pain states weeks after only found out yesterday that i sustained injury to my lower back my main concern now is that my shoulder is hurting most times therapist said bone was out but now i notice a small lump on chest plate pain goes like this collar bone shoulder upper left part of back neck sometimes ribs under my breast ..

The soft lump and shoulder pain are not likely to be related. The injury to some internal structures of the shoulder joint is likely which can be best diagnosed by an MRI scan.
