Have Severe Neural Foraminal Stenosis, Diffuse Posterior Bulging Annulus. Have Back Problem. Should I Go Through Hemmeroid Surgery?
have severe neural foraminal stenosis both left and right scoliosis svereve degenerative disc disease grade 1 anterior spondylosis of L4 on L5 diffuse posterior bulging annulus in postercentral region left slippage of L2 with respect to L3 disc protrusion effacement of subarachnoid space ventrally hypertrophic changes of facet joints and thickening of the ligamentum flavum my question is if i should go through hemmeroid surgery and a nodular in my anus i'm worried cause of my back problem i'm in severe pain daily on pain mamagement. please give me advise

I went through your spinal problems - which itself need a separate treatment. Meanwhile you are suffering from hemorrhoids along with a nodular swelling in the anus.
The surgery for hemorrhoids is a minor procedure can be done under ketamine / Spinal Anesthesia / General anesthesia.
The point is which problem is to be tackled first. You say that you are suffering from backache very severely.
If you are suffering from Bleeding, painful 3rd degree piles and difficulty in defecation - being a minor surgery do it first under convenient anesthesia suitable for you. If the piles are not painful, either 1st or 2nd degree, no bleeding, no difficulty in defecation - forget the piles for the time being.
