Have Scalp Psoriasis. Tried Various Prescriptions And Coal Tar Shampoos. Itchy Dry Skin. Home Remedy?
I have had scalp psoriasis for years. I have tried various prescriptions, coal tar shampoos, over-the-counter solutions for psoriasis and nothing seems to work. It's itchy, the dry skin gives dry flakes, which looks terrible when I have to scratch my scalp. Is there a home remedy that would help? Is it my immune system that needs something? Help!

Hi scalp psoriasis is tough to treat it presents as silvery white scales all over the scalp which are itchy and on scraping blood oozes out.as far as i do not think ur immunesystem is related to this.if ur immune system is not well it would have effected other parts of body too.use ionax -t shampoo weekly twice and apply kersol c lotion twice daily.there is no home remedy but regular application of coconut oil helps
