How Can Scalp Psoriasis Be Treated?

hi, after i had my son (10 months ago) i started experiencing a dry head and dry skin in general. I thought i just had dandruf which i only get once a year most times but it has not gone away and bigger chucks of dry skin are coming out from my head . it doesent itch and i am loosing some hair but i dont know what else to do. i have tried all the shampoos and i havent seen even the smallest difference

Psoriasis may require systemic medications like retinoids, methotrexate etc in addition to local treatment with steroids, keratolytic agents.
It would be good to see a dermatologist or internist and have yourself examined and treated well.
