Have Red Puffy Bump On Penis Head, Itching On Legs, Stomach, Penis. Traveled In Truck. Underlying Cause?
Have not had sex with anyone but my wife, were together all the time.we drive truck.past few days a red puffy bump came up at the ring of the penis head.now there is another one on the shaft but not as back. It itches and kinda feels like it hurts.i itch on the inside of my legs and below my stomach.my wife has none of these symptoms.

Most likely it seems to be fungal infection.
It also occurs even without sex.
It usually occurs after improper hygiene,scratching after severe perspiration,wet ,tight under garment,recurrent use of unwashed towel.
Keep proper local care,avoid tight,wet undergarment.
Wash that area with anti septic liquid or soap,make it dry with properly washed towel.
Apply anti fungal cream.
Oral anti fungal like terbinafine,flucanazole will be helpful.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
Get examined by dermatologist for proper medical management.

Red bumps on penis,shaft, itching over inner aspect of thigh, lower abdomen indicates a possibility of genital scabies. If you had interchanged your clothes, towel and other fomite with somebody else, you may likely to have such problem.
Your wife may also likely to have symptoms in coming days if not treated.
Anyhow it has to be confirmed with a Dermatologist.
Overnight applications of some anti-scabetic preparations along with antihistamines.
