I have an epidermoid cyst on left buttock. Dermatologist treated with oral and cream antibiotics. Did not help. Derm excised the cyst and sutured. The cyst would fill up with watery blood and become sore before and after the removal. Went to a surgeon and he recommend not doing anything because it would come back. It's been a year now and at least once a week it becomes sore and the drainage saturates my pants. Any recommendations? Thanks
