Have Pinched Nerve In Neck. Broke Angle. Have Plate And Screws. What Can Help Pain?

Good morning. I have a pinched nerve in my neck and Im in the process of getting that treated. This past December I broke my ankle and have a plate and screws. Recently, when I lay down or sit with my feet propt up and then go to stand there is sever pain in both feet and hurts to walk. Not sure if the nerve problem with my neck is causing this or the broken ankle. Any ideas?

if it would have been plate then why both ankle are hurting. I think it can be nerve pain. You have not told if you are taking any medication or you are diabetic or hypothyroid. If any one of above mentioned thing is present then treatment will be done accordingly.
