Have Pain On Shoulder Area, Foot. Occurring For Some Time. Had Plantar Flacitis In My Foot. Suggestions?
I have had a pain in my right shoulder area and the side of my left foot. Could they be connected? This has been occurring for around 3 months, it is not always there in my shoulder but my foot is almost constant. I have had Plantar flacitis in my foot 2 years ago. I have been seen by a Physiotherapsist who could find no real problem, I was given some exercises to do?
I have read your query and I would advise the following:
Pain in shoulder can be due to adhesive pericapsulitis ,you may need x ray shoulder or I will advise for MRI you will improve after physiotherapy and rest. Apply ice packs. shoulder exercises to be followed regularly.
Plantar fascitis can reoccur you may need local injection or supportive tapping.
Protect yourself from the cold and extreme weather conditions There is no relation between your shoulder pain and plantar fascitis. I hope that I have answered your query. Let me know if I can help you further.
Take care
