Have Pain In Ascending Colon Area. Tested Clear For Ovarian Cysts And Kidneys Stones. Worrisome

I have burning pain in the ascending colon area. it does not seem to go away. It seems to get worse in the evenings and find relief in the AM. I haven t noticed any changes in my bowel movements but I m concerned because this pain started months ago and now is too often. I was checked for ovarian cysts and kidneys stones and nothing was found. I m guessing it is my colon for I find it is less painful when my intestines are empty.

Hello,

You can try taking ornidazole and ofloxacin combination 1 BD for 7 days atleast. This should help for sure. however if problem persists, we should think of getting some investigations done.
