Have pain in ankle, shoulders and wrist. Had a twisted ankle earlier. Xray done. What to do?

Two months before I had a badly twisted ankle in my right foot. I had it X-rayed & no fracture was detected. Two weeks rest was adviced which I took. But I still feel pain in my right foot. Also I have started feeling pain in my left foot at the top. Slight pain is also felt in my right shoulder joint & my right wrist joint. What can be the problem & how to proceed for diagnosis?

Hello, your ankle might have ligament injury which is causing pain and regarding other joints you might be developing some sort of enthesopathy/arthritis or crystallopathy. Just consult you doctor
