Have Numbness And Tingling In Right Hand Leg, Tremor. Have Acute Kidney Failure, Short Time Memory Loss. EEG No Problems. Treatment?

Hi I was told I have MS in 2006, I have numbness and tingling in right hand and left leg, optic nerotisis in left eye and tremor, With in the last year I also have acute kidney failure and high blood pressure. resently I have been dizzy and passing out no matter if im getting up from a sitting position or not I have also had some short term memory loss. Ive had a resent MRI with no changes in lesions and a EEG that showed no active seizures, I am truly at at loss for what could be causing these new symptoms.
