Have Moderate Chest Pain, After Physical Exertion, High BP And Pulse Rate. What Is Wrong?

I have moderate chest pain after some fairly moderate physical exertion ---climbed a flight of stairs rapily3 or 4 times.
I checked my vitals and they were as follows; BP-118/79. Pulse Rate- 92. Is this a simple situation of being out of shape or something more serious ? I recently had a pysical and complete lipid panel tests -everything came back great except trigycerides ( 160). Any ideas on the possiilities of this sitaution?

Hello,
Thank you for the query.
I gave gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion your vitals are normal. Coming about the triglyceride levels 160 indicated it is borderline high and at this level if you were my patient then I will advice you lifestyle modifications for 2-3 months like:
-regular exercise for atleast 30 minutes
-high fiber diet, leafy vegetables and fruits
-avoid processed food.
Dont worry much about it as your TG levels are not that much high to get worried and you will definitely become normal if you follow the instructions given above.Contact me again after 2-3 months with your fresh TG report.
Thank you.
