Have Missed Periods, Lower Back Pain, Cramps. What Does It Indicate?

I am always on a 28 or 29 day cycle. I am now going on six days late for my period. I have never been more than one day late since i began having a cycle years ago. I have lower back pain and period like cramps. I'm hoping that means my period will come but each day it doesn't. I've taken two pregnancy tests and both came back negative. What do you think could be the problem?

Hi,

Your symptoms are more alike to a pre-menstrual syndrome, i.e. your periods would be coming.

Another explanation could be vaginal or urinary tract infection. - Can do urine analysis and vaginal swab testing to determine it.

Wait for other days (up to one other week); if no period, can take pregnancy test again.

Meanwhile, do not be stressed, drink plenty of water, get some rest, take pain killers for the pain.

Wish you heath!
