Is Cramps And Back Pain Sign Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I had my ipill in 36 hours after a little of my husbands semen went in by mistake. My periods were due after 1 week of this incident. And my dates are today but i have been having cramps and back pain (just like i get during my periods) for the past 2 days and it feels like i will get my periods anytime now, but no sign of it yet. Am really tensed. Please help.

Hi..i pill is quite effective if taken within 72 hours of intercourse..so the chances of pregnancy are quite low..so you should better wait for a week or so for your menses to arrive..if still you don't menstruate, get a urine pregnancy test done by self at home..if negative, take meftal spas thrice daily for 3 days and calcium and vitamin d tablets for a month to relieve your back pain..
