Have Low Back, Groin, Leg Pain, Stiffness In Body, Had Cortisone Shots, A Course Of Steroids. Reason?

For several weeks now, I have had low back, groin and leg pain. It hurts to lift my leg when it is in a bent position as in going upstairs, getting in the car (there is also a great feeling of stiffness in the back of my upper leg/under my under my buttocks area), to walk, etc. I have been under a doctor s care but I feel like I haven t gotten any real reason. I have had 2 previous spinal fusions in the S5-L1 region. I have had 2 cortisone shots, a course of steroids with only liimited relief. any ideas? A previous Mri did reveal areas of inflammation above my fusion site and once he mentioned some bone spurs but he seems to still be looking for the reason

Hi, it appears that you have inflamation of the effected and treated areas. You need rest and avoid weight bearing for some time say 1 month.
I advise you to avoid taking potato, other tubers, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe injections of vitamin B1,6,and 12 for 10 consecutive days, and one injection every week. ofloxacin, 2ooB.D, anti inflamatories for one week. Thank you.
