Have Itchy And Dry Skin On Scrotum. Suggest Some Permanent Cure

Dear Sir, I have dry skin for which outer skin of my scrotum have some infection in which lot of dry powdery dendruff like things came up after itching. it never cures after using skin ointment like qudridrum, candiderm, dipsalic ointment , momet T etc. kindly suggest me some suitable medicine for permanent cure. You might be suffering from Tinea cruris.

Please do not change so many creams, use a single antifungal cream for atleat 1 month.
you will get relief
