Have Headache, Nausea, BP And Loss Of Sleep. Had A Knee Replacement Earlier. What Could Be Wrong?

hi, I just had total knee replacement APril first. I am always exhausted (blood tests all in normal range), severe headaches, nausea, elevated blood pressure. I am progressing well in my phyisical therapy.. but these symptoms and loss of sleep or nightmares pretty much wipe out my day. Id this normal, if so how long till I am back to normal. (I am monitoring my BP 2-3 x a day for 3 weeks as directed by my doctor.)

Hi ,
Based on your history you had total knee replacement following which you have high blood pressure .High blood pressure itself can cause severe headaches and nausea hence BP to bo controlled at most important. You also require to be evaluated by neurologist and require CT scan brain to rule out structural lesion .Meantime have plenty of fluids , do neck relaxation exercise and control your BP.
