Have Headache, Dizziness, Feel Always Hungry And Sharp Menstrual Cramps
for the past week and a half, ive been very light headed, even walking from one room to the other. I am constatly hungry, i'll eat a meal and within 20 minutes I feel like I havent eaten all day. I have a few sharp pains in my stomach once in a while, and the past about 3 days ive felt nauseous if I havent eaten, ill get headaches and dizzy. and the past 2 days ive had low pelvic pains almost like menstrual cramps but sharper.. should I go in to an urgent care/ emergency?

Please specify your age dear. You have not described about the last menstrual period. If you had missed periods this month then decide for the urinary pregnancy test
Then if this comes out be positive immediately for report to the gynecologist
Then if it comes out to be negative then get general examination like blood pressure . haemoglobin estimation done that are you are not anemic
or any other investigations which are called after a phsical examination
Dont ignore this rush to the doctor
