HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Congestion of the nose and infection of the sinuses can result in decreased ability to smell, headache and tinnitus.
Tinnitus is the abnormal noise that you are hearing in your ears. There are many different possible causes for tinnitus but in your case, it is most likely due to your present illness and should resolve as the symptoms are treated.

Treatment would involve the use of decongestants, antihistamines, pain medication for the headache and possibly antibiotics.
The decongestants can be oral or topical. Oral decongestants would commonly be combined with the antihistamines.

If the use of the antihistamines and decongestants are not helpful then your doctor may decide that antibiotics are necessary.

I hope this helps
