Have Hard Bump Outside Foreskin, Growing In Size. What Could Be This?

hey, i am an 18 year old male and have always noticed a small hardish bump on the outside of my foreskin seemingly at the end of the perineal raphe however recently i am beginning to think it may be growing in size, it is painless and an off white colour relatively similar to the surrounding skin, im unsure if this is a cyst or what it might be, any help would be appreciated

Greetings of the day

From the description given it appears to be inspissated smegma-which is white secretion from coronal glands located below prepuce. The accumulation of smegma locally gives it appearance of cyst.

It can easily be cleaned and removed as a simple out patient procedure. Suggest you to see your surgeon.

Take care
