Have Fibromyalgia, Physically Slow, Clumsy. Any Effective Non-addictive Pain Relievers?

Does fibromyalgia sometimes cause someone to be physically slow and clumsy? When my "fibro fog" is bad, sometimes I also get slow, and just cannot get things done efficiently.

Also, most of the people in the online support group take pain medicine, and seem to think they couldn't make it without it. My doctors don't want to prescribe any kind of pain medicine. Only things like Cymbalta, gabapentin, or Lyrica (none of which helped at all). Why would a doctor not want to help with relief for such severe pain? Also, are there any effective non-addictive pain relievers?

Hi, Fibromyalgia is a disease of long term duration, if pain killers are used at this stage, these may not be usefull in advanced age when the disease is severe and body resistance is decreased. that is why pain killers are kept in reserve.
I to my patients with such pains prescribe piroxicam, or sustained release drugs of aceclofenac or diclfenac . along with gabapentinne.
Avoid taking tubers like potato, tomato and sea foods.
Thank you.
