1 year old female with feeding problems, poor muscle tone in her neck, seizures , swallowing difficulties, moderate joint stiffness, and hyperreflexia. what is their diagnosis?

If your baby had difficult delivery,didnt have a brisk cry at birth,required intensive neonatal care, delayed milestones possible diagnosis would be Cerebral Palsy , a form of brain injury.
