hii. . i am AAAAAAA from India and i think i have a very deep voice which sounds very loud and heavy and just want to have a normal one. my age is 28 and i do smoking too.

quit smoking is the first and foremost tretament.along with that speech therapy can be considered if you continue to have the deep voice which will help you definitely if you really motivated to change that deep voice of yours.
