Have Cramping, Pain In Back, Throwing Up. Periods Is Late. Now Spotting, Then Heavy Bleeding. HPT Negative. Recommendations?

hi my name is deonna I been throwing up, cramping, sharp lower pain in my back , my period was a week late after a week past I got my period I think but I spotted for a day then the next two days I was bleeding heavy I took two pregnancy test they both came out negative but I'm still feeling the same way what do you think this could be?

Hi Deonna,
Welcome to HCM.
Though looking at your symptoms pregnancy is less likely you can do one serum beta HCG test to rule out pregnancy with 100% confidence. For your symptoms you can either take over the counter pain killers or consult physician & follow his advice. If beta HCG test shows pregnancy you need to consult gynecologist to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
