General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! I think the burning sensation in penis and blood in the stool are two independent entities.
Burning sensation in the urine may be due to a chronic urinary tract infection. You should get investigated in this direction. Sometimes a chronic prostatitis also gives rise to persistence of such symptom and is difficult to diagnose. Your doctor may advise you for a routine test and culture sensitivity of both your urine and semen followed by a long term course of antibiotic if need be. The low back ache could be related to this type of chronic infection.
The bleeding per rectum could be a separate entity requiring a PR and Proctoscopy examinatioin by a general surgeon. Possibility of hemorrhoids can not be ruled out depending on your diet and bowel habits.
Wishing you an early recovery.
