Have Black Dots On Legs After Shaving And Tiny Dots That Come Off On Scratching. Remedy?

um, hey, I have these random things forming on my legs after shaving, they're like black dots that start off really small, but then like grow. And I also have these really tiny dots all over my legs that come off when I scratch them, there's many of them. So, well, what is this? It's weird, and it's freaking me out to be honest. Thanks

LASER hair removal is the permanent way to get rid of the condition.
You should apply antibiotic cream over it.
In severe case you need to take oral antibiotic medicine also.
